Adding Logo with VLC Player

In this tutorial we will see, how we can add logo or water mark to our videos with the help of vlc player.

Well for branding purpose, logos play an important role as they help people recognize you or your product or services and we do see logos everywhere in our daily life and they do remind us the level of trust we do on a company, product, or services.

Watch it on Dailymotion:

Adding Logo with VLC Player
Anyhow, to add logos with the help of vlc player, open your video with vlc player and then go to “Effects and filters” under “tools” tab. It will open a small pop up window and under “video Effects” select “Overly” tab and here you need to check this box and then click here to select your logo or water mark and you can change the position of your logo by changing the values here. Moreover, with the help of this slider, you can control the opacity of your logo. And then just click on save and close. Now, your logo has been added to your videos.

Now, to make it sure, lets I play some other videos to see whether it’s really been added or not. Well here you can see that it’s been added.

Now Remember, if by chance you delete the logo file, it will not show on your videos and to make the logo permanent, just record you screen with any screen recorder after adding your logo to your videos.

And I hope this will be helpful for someone out there and thanks for watching.
